A 17-year-old girl, Thale, had to move to a small town with her mother because her mother got a job at the local police department. After that, a student was brutally murdered, and Thale was one of the surviving witnesses. But then she started to feel some changes in her body. Meanwhile, a brutal murderer remains at large in the depths of the Norwegian forests.
