In the 1970s, Roger Sharpe is a struggling New Yorker struggling to rebuild his life as a writer. The only way he could escape was by playing pinball. Although Roger got a job in a magazine and fell in love with a woman, Ellen whom he first met in an elevator. He discovered that the city banned pinball for decades as gambling. Challenged with this passion, Rogers was inspired to write the first magazine article.
